Harvested 4 caulis today 2 of which had large tunnels in the stem and I then found a large white grub /catapiller  thing which I flushed down the sink yuck yuck what were they

Well I thought that but when I googled them they are small and eat the roots but this horrible thing was over an inch long and quite fat and a creamy white looked like a witchity grub

double whammy there then a bit of cauli and fried grub yum 

could be gall weevil.

uggh dont say that I have too forget that creature before I eat that cauli
