the only quorn i tend to eat are the plain fillets or the tomato flavoured sausages but that comes down to eating disorder issues - which is mainly why i eat the stuff in the first place.

although having seen a few programs on TV regarding animals i'm not sure i could go back now unless i knew for sure of its treatment/slaughter

Another absolute winner and very simple is cut up rhubarb in an oven dish - no water - a bit of orange zest and honey. Bake until soft. I am told this is very good with ginger ice cream... The honey is much nicer than sugar. I used Tescos value and it was delicious.

TESCO'S  :evil:  how dare you. Yep this is an old HFW recipe that I have done on many occasions for myself when the wife is at work, it is very nice.
Next year Rhubarb and ginger jam is on the cards.
