when to thin out chilli peppers into pots

Hi My Jals have been through for about a couple of weeks now but are still small when to pot up ?

I don't have to worry about potting mine up, I've only had 2 germinate!  And they are in different modules!

Fine then I will leave them for another week then thin them out. You get a long hot growing season down here so I am hoping I get a good crop so I an bottle some a la Old El Paso style, I love those could eat a jar with one Mex meal or the really just spice up a cheese sandwich !
