spuds not flowering

We have have some plants that have not flowered but there are lots of spuds when we dig them up, is this normal ? swift was the seed

According to the British Potato variety database Swift doesn't produce berries, so presumably doesn't flower either (although some varieties that are supposed to sometimes don't, just to confuse matters!)  ;)
Sow your seeds, plant your plants. What's the difference? A couple of weeks or more when answering possible queries!

Some varieties just produce a tiny flower bud which comes to nothing. If you blink you miss it.
