Hi, I am thinking of keeping my own chooks in't future. Just about 4 or 6.  I am just listening around what kind of houses and/or runs people provide.  Has anyone any pictures of their houses/ runs?  I bought practical poultry magazine but I kind of prefer the old 'word of mouth' method.  

I would appreciate any feedback I can possibly get.

Do you want just general ideas of shape/size or specifics to build from ?

I built approx 3ft square with nice apex roof and lift off nest box on 2ft high legs but wish I'd gone for more fo a shed because access is limited and cleanign out involves leaning in through the nest box to try and get poop from the far side. Causes much back ache and not do easy in rain and wind.

But the up side is that it provides a dry area underneath for food and water and is a little more rat proof. Maybe even fox resistant ?

Did you realise that this is only the run with a shelter at the end ?

The wording is a bit ambiguous. It does look nice though.
