morrisons are doing a nice cheese with pickled onions ,my cat thinks its great i have a piece in my lips n she helps herself lol ,,, that and tomato sauce lolo

1. strong cheddar cheese, served with apple. bit of cheese, bit of apple, bit of cheese, etc

2. strong goats cheese toasted upon a salad granary bread layer

3. feta cheese, cut into large cubes and tossed into a salad of lettuce, cucumber, tomato, different kinds of olive, lettuce, herbs, sea salt and lemon juice.

My Greek Cypriot FIL's fave cheese is reduced fat leerdamer (?sp). Very plasticky indeed.... He says he has to watch his cholesterol :roll:  :wink:
