I was told she was 29 weeks old when I got her.  She was a bit smaller than her sister but 9 weeks later and still nothing.  The other Pekin started laying after 2 days and Maj, the Banty Orpington started at 34 weeks.  I have searched the garden and she isn't laying away.  Does anyone have any ideas?

she may have been younger then if she was smaller in size, or she could be just a late developer.

My mum had her Peking nearly 18 months before it started to lay then as soon as it did it went broody lol!

She was fully feathered when I got her but did act like a baby (hence name change) and used to jump on my knee and snuggle under my arm, so maybe she was a bit younger AND a late developer.  The other Pekin has been broody for a few weeks now and acts like a maniac everytime she is moved out of house.  She runs up and down the garden flapping her wings and barging into the others.  Think will give her a few more days and then try the Broody cage as the weather is a bit better now.
