Deworming and antibiotics at the same time.
« on: June 05, 2011, 09:56 »
my deworming programme has overlapped with a spell of antibiotics (Denagard) for two under the weather hens. the Denagard won't nullify the worming will it?

wouldn't have thought so but you could try ringing your vet just to be sure.

I'm certainly no expert but I took one of my girls to the vets on Friday, she has been perscribed Baytril, I told the vets I was half way through worming and she never told me to stop or that it was a problem. I would always call the vets though to be on the safe side.
