I ordered Johns Veggie Growing Month by Month book and it arrived with 3 days, including a weekend.

Not only does it look like a very interesting read but I got 2 free packets of seeds.
Good to see good service and a nice accompanying letter.

Thank you John

Glad it arrived safely, hope you enjoy it!

Having secured some more seeds to give away, I didn't want people who ordered the day before to feel ripped off. The offer should be official and online today.

I purchased my copy of his book just before Christmas and it is a great read and reference book.  The trouble is my O/H finds it equally as interesting as I do causing us to swabble over who's turn it is to read it next!

Roll on the spring and we can actually put his ideas to the test.  My green fingers are always most itchy at this time of year.
Enjoying the traditional ways and values of life.

Now come on, you know what I'm going to say - you need an extra copy!! :)

I purchased the book too ... As a newbie I have taken to reading it in the bath , whilst soaking the aching muscles from vast amounts of digging!

Mine was also delivered promptly , with free seeds , now John , if you could just come down to my plot and help me get organised , that would be a great help! .... Almost finished clearing the weeds!

Keep smilin'

Just ordered the book, I can't wait, it will be heading straight down to the allotment with me when it arrives. Where else can you get advice from someone that lives less than 30 mins away? The reviews on Amazon are fantastic too  :D
Your first job is to prepare the soil, the best tool for this is your neighbours's garden tiller. If your neighbour does not own a garden tiller, suggest that he buy one

The dispatch office is only up the road from us, I wonder if I could bribe a quick delivery out of them on the promise of a few fresh carrots??

We're really lucky, the box is across the road so we just pop them in there. Did you know you can get 38 copies in a postbox! More amazing facts from this website :)
