What trees would be good to buy?

Pear
Apple

Do I have to get 2 apples for x pollinating?

we got all those trees from lidls ,cherry was self pollinating we got 2 not realising think pear needed 2 trees cant remember about apples as we got 2 off each ,hoping for lots of fruit for winemaking

I;ve all ready Raspberry and blackberry but will be trying both the redcurrant and blackcurrant.

Probably if you have no other apples trees about that bloom at the same time. The odd one or two are triploid means they need two x pollinators flowering at the same time, Bramley cooking apples are one I think.
