At home there is only the two of us now, so we don't generate a great deal of material for the compost bin. We do compost everything we can veg peelings, teabags, cardboard etc but we don't generate enough.

So I have just paid a visit to my local florist asking if they had any green foliage or dead flowers that they ever throw out. The lady took me to her bin which was jammed full of material that would be great in my Daleks. The owner kindly said I can take whatever I like whenever ever I like.

If like me you don't generate enough material  for the compost bin you could pay a visit to your local florist, mine was delighted that I would be emptying her bin for her.
