Hello all, i have a little pekin who is huddled up and i picked her up and her crop smells horrid, its very loose and lots of liquid came out of her mouth when  i picked her up, also some residue of food, the crop feels very full of fluid. if i hold her with her head to the floor the liquid keeps coming out.

Is this sour crop!? Help urgently needed!!!!!! poor little thing! None of the other pekins are showing any signs.

Yes, that sounds like sour crop. 

She will need her crop emptying and some antifungals from the vet.  The fungal infection causes crop to fill with liquid from the chicken's body so make sure she has plenty to drink or she will become dehydrated.

thanks, given her some live yoghurt and garlic which is anti fungal until i can take her to the vet on monday
