Making a hen house and gone wrong!!! Advice please?

not at all! my family are all scottish on my mums side (don't know my dad's side) and I've always felt at home in Scotland. Wales appealed to me in the same way. I love the tradition and values. Sadly it's been lost a little in the past, but is well on the way to recovery. Both my girls (English) know some Welsh through school (where it is compulsory though they are in an English first school) and it is part of our everyday language already.. to and extent. I'd love to have put them into a Welsh first school, but our eldest is 9 and had a hatred of school till last year (when we moved) so didn't dare put her into a school where she didn't understand anything.  :?
