Hi I have a blackcurrant plant, which is grown in a pot, and I have notice some of the leaves have started going yellow, and there has been a few larvae around the soil at the base eating at the woody part of the plant ... what are these larvae and how can I treat it

Welcome to the site  :D

The yellowing leaves might just be a nutrient deficiency or age, but as for the larvae we could do with a description if possible please - colour, size, whether visible during the day or night.

If you could add your general location to your forum profile (click your username and edit forum profile) it may help in case the larvae are location specific.

the larvae are below soil level, creamy coloured and about 4 to 5 mm in length

that looks like them will have to get some treatment stuff for them ... hopefully will sort it! thank you  :blush:
