I have two rhubarb plants one is doing really well the other is very poor.  Is there something could feed it with. It definitely does not get as much light and this could be one of the factors.

Rhubarb should be able to cope with some shade and yes, will do better in full sun but if in total shade then there's your answer.  But there might be other reasons - by all means provide a feed (scatter and rake in carefully some growmore granules or fish, blood & bone, or even some chicken manure scattered on top and water in) but generally once established they are indestructible.

When was the last time the crown was split?  Leaving it too late now but next winter they might need digging up and breaking into smaller chunks (make sure they have a bud on top) and then replant in planting holes prepared with a lot of manure/compost.  Breaking up the crown can revitalise it to grow better.
