Hi everyone,

I hope this is the most relevant place to ask but I am getting desperate!

I work in a school and on friday we are running an enrichment day with the topic "survival"
The food tech teacher is running a cooking class with things you can forage, I am doing a class on drinks you can forage!!

I have thought of nettle tea and dandelion coffee, I was hoping for elderflower cordial but its too early.

Any other suggestions for non alcoholic cold drinks I can get the kids to make?

carrot juice, mint tea...if you have elderflowers please remember the leaves are poisonous.
