Lots of Plums

I have just got a big bag of Plums from work and not sure what to make, any ideas?

Please no jam recipes as still living of last years jam.

Stone them, then cook them up briefly with some sugar and freeze them in appropriate size containers.. you can use them at your leisure crumble, pie or even better a tart with plums and a crumble top. HFW's recipe is pretty good.Otherwise we are eating them with yoghurt for brekkie at the mo

I got hold of some rather sour plums the other day, made a tarte tatin with a little more  caramel than I usually use, and added a few blueberries that were left on a bush. Yummy

Gembob; I don't think you'd need to freeze it if it was full of alcohol, would you?
