[Beetroot Queen]

I did a tomato chutney with red toms, but now i cant find the recipe which was written on a scrap of paper.  when will i learn i do have a book.

It had worchestershire sauce in and mustard and i cant remember what else, but it was one that you could eat within a couple of days, anyone remember me posting it somewhere.

Got it i changed bits from the original but i did remember the changes  this one sounds weird but hubby really rates it and has finished a jar already

1kg red toms chopped
100 g chopped onions
Good pinch salt
100ml malt vinegar
130g demerara sugar
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoons colemans ready made mustard


Throw it in a pan and cook down to the right consistency took about an hour and a half for me, will depend on toms i suppose.

Yep i do they all mush down fine, i do only use baby toms though does that make a difference
