remember people buy day olds to feed to reptiles. Personally I would bring them on and then sell or give away when they are over 8 weeks old. If you are going to do a car boot with them how are you going to keep them warm?

Very true joyfull, it did cross my mind that they would get cold. If it makes everyone feel better I am not going to sell them at a car booty and have already made some space in order to keep them upto laying age and even after. I have a big run divided up into 2 runs with 2 seperate coops and was going to have one section for large fowl hybrids and one for large fowl pure breds. But now I shall have one section for bantams and one for large fowl. Simples :)
