Hi (not been on for a while  )
 My lovely bluebell Lotty, aged 3, had been off colour for a few days , without any obvious reason , when she moulted very heavily,(had been laying `softies` during this time ) after which she recovered but has not laid now for several weeks.
This morning she laid , what after some research I discovered was a lash, the information I got was that it signalled a chooks menopause ? Is 3 a bit young for this to happen , or could it be related to the moult ?? CONFUSED !

it can happen at any age - I have had ex batt at 2 and my bluebelle was 3

I now have 6 old timers (and some not so old  ) who have laid lashes all happy and running around in retirement  .

Thats good to know Joyful, thanks again, Lotty is the `boss` and I dont see that changing any time soon, even if she is an OAP !
