Happy me! Phyllis laid a hard egg at 10 am so she's getting enough of the oyster shell and I won't have to spend any MORE MONEY on blooming lime flower! They also went out of the run today for a couple of hours foraging and I sat there cleaning the hard poo off Phyllis' bum with olive oil which she didn't seem to mind at all. No lice, no mites, no worms.....not for long now they are out.....I'm sure the wood pigeons are heaving with pestilence.....! Worried about the cats for a while but even with 2 threatening the girls they used their wings and batted them away! Happy happy happy.

in my pet shop (jolleyes or something similar) they have oyster grit but also another finer one which i get for my quails as well as my young birds. Maybe you'll have that somewhere nearby?
