has anyone got anything really good to use these? I have just picked 2kg from a friend's garden. (My cuttings are still babies)

I used to have whites but in themselves they're not especially great. You never hear of white currant jelly or anything. I always just added whatever whites I had to red or black currants to boost quantity for jelly recipes. The whites are smaller and sweeter but lack any specific flavor.

You can make Bar-le-Duc jelly.  Very sophisticated!
