 Mouth is still quite painful so i had a mac cheese f/f his lordship had steak pie and chips, fruit crumble and custard  :)

Sausage casserole, mash and carrots.  Have found half a packet of a seasoning mix we  used last week so will put that in as well.

Chicken is in the slow cooker - there are some hefty thighs in there this week so I'll probably give them a quick  seasoning and a crisp up in the oven after cooking them and serve with mash and mixed veg.

The first thing I laid hands on in the freezer was a pork loin fillet, so that's what is defrosting. Veg from the freezer to go with it, easy peasy  :D
