Is this worth buying for a noob

Thought about getting this for the winter seeing as I'm too late to sow from seed?

Is it decent value and would I get a good return from it you think?

At just over 20p per plant it looks good to me if you like the selection in the pack.

I bought something similar last year and despite it being under snow for 4 weeks, most of them survived.  We are still eating them although there is probably only a dozen left (it was all cabbages)
