One of our orphington hens has recently stopped laying and is losing her feathers and just looks grumpy!  Is this moulting?
The other 3 seem to be fine, although I think only 2 of them are laying (2 weeks ago all 4 of them were laying).
If this is, how can I support her through it?
Or any other suggestions as to what is going on with her

Yes she is moulting.

She may benefit from a higher protein diet for the new feather growth (a few meal worms  day should be adequate), but to be honest, it is a natural process so nothing really to "support"

Yes!  A perfect description of a moulting hen.  It does seem to be a stressful time, so the extra protein in her diet should help.  Apart from that just make sure you do everything you can to make her life comfortable and keep her in the best possible health.  

Make sure her housing is warm, dry, clean and free of drafts, she has good food and water available at all times, and places where she can dust-bathe to 'exfoliate' her poor prickly skin while the new feathers come through.  Poor dear!
