Hi, I've not been on for a while, but ages ago someone very kindly posted their recipe for Hedgerow Jelly.... I can't find it, so...

Could someone give me the recipe again with weights etc (I have rosehips, hawes, rowan berries, blackberries and possibly gueber (sp?) berries.

Also an indication of how much this will make/how many jars I will need.

Jars - do they have to be jam jars or can I use Kilner jars?

As you can guess, I've never done this before...
