I was p**d off when I found masses of greenfly on the lettuces that have been growing outside all Winter. How do they survive the freeze and multiply so quickly? I have to rinse with salt water before munching.
Blow me! This morning the ladybirds arrived!
Hope they survive the frost tonight.....

I had no idea that green fly even bothered lettuce, so something new learned today

There was a white haze a couple of days ago as I was picking some sprouts, so they're back as well.
