sorry to bother you all at this busy time of year but i bought one of these kits to test my soil on my new allotment but ive only gone and lost the instruction booklet im such a dummy does anyone have a booklet or know where i can get one or a copy thx guys and gals

I have the kit and will try and scan the instructions later for you.  If it helps it looks like the garland one is identical, but I couldn't find owt online for that one either!

ive tried the pack cant find anything on it or online either tried the guy i bought it from on ebay he couldnt help either, that would be great hasbeans:) thx all for the help:)

sorry yet more questions, where can i get comfry plants/seeds? how do i get rid of rushes? very damp plot ive got 3 or 4 big clumps of these things just read the comfrey thread lol got some bocking 14 on ebay:)

Please don't apologise for asking questions as we're only too happy to help you out. As you said, reeds grow in damp places and take a bit of digging out. When you've removed them, check the bottom of the hole they were in to see what is causing the drainage problem. Could be you have a clay soil beneath, water draining down from a higher place, or remnants of big stones from a previous building.

thanks goosegirl ill check that out my lovely soil slices like butter with a spade and you get that suction sound you get from a sink plunger as you work the slice out lol
