I have planted some spinach in a seed tray which has come up really well.  My intention was to transfer to paper pots before planting out into the ground.  I have just discovered however that you should plant it directly into the soil.  Can anyone let me know if they think my spincach will survive being transplanted?

Hello.  I also grew spinach in some pots earlier in the year.  The older lads at the allotment looked on shaking their heads when I put it out but it seems to have survived and I have had a couple of bags worth from each plant.  Only just dug it up as need the space for something else and the plants were getting wobbly.

it'll be fine!! Mine's all transplanted.. otherwise my seedlings would never outgrow the weeds!!
