How to feed gooseberries if planted through mypex??
« on: October 28, 2012, 11:57 »
I'm planning on planting a new gooser bed and was going to do it through mypex. I'm going to add manure and lots of other goodies to the soil before I plant the goosers themselves (awaiting delivery of the bushes) but then it occurred to me.......
How do I mulch / feed the bushes when they have been planted through the mypex as I won't be able to get to them very easily.
I have my own cement mixer and not afraid to use it!!

Take a look at this post... http://chat.allotment-garden.org/index.php?topic=94868.0

I think you might need a type more permeable to water so you can water it and also feed with a liquid feed...
