Bed rotation
« on: October 18, 2012, 15:39 »
Since harvesting my garlic and beetroot I have two empty beds. Can I plant my new garlic in the bed I've harvested my beetroot from?  :)

There's a link here to suggested rotations:

Beetroot and Alliums are usually counted as part of the same rotation, but are different families so won't harm with regards to disease buildup. The only real rule as far as rotations go is to maximise the time between the same family of crops going into the same soil.
