One of our welsummers we bought back in april(ish), still looks as thought she hasn't 'grown up'.

She still only has her 'baby comb' - if that makes sense compared to the others that have a full sized one.

I think she's at the bottom of the pecking order, but there's plenty of feeders and drinking stations around so any one of them doesn't have to Q up to feed as it were.

Should I be worried?

you can get runts from a hatching so she may be one of those. Is she the same size bodywise?

yes, same size in body and feathering etc. Just her comb's like before she was a POL.

But I have noticed she's lost her long tail feathers too, could she be going through a partial moult, or is she still too young to have any kind of moult?

yes a partial moult and she is probably just a slow developer.

And she's the noisy-est too.
