Thank you  It is possibly the best thing I've ever made but it has along journey in front of it
I used to make lots of little things and sell them at craft fairs ,still got the old worn out kiln in the garage but now it is more of a social evening at the local pottery club. My method has changed and I do a lot of coiling now.

My OH, Babs, started taking some cupcakes into work for her fellow office workers, then she had a request to make 50 cupcakes for International Womens Day from one of her bosses, just to take into office.

Then got a phone call to make it 100, no problem.

Then got 2 more calls, and in the end we finished up making 200 in one day. Tiring, but well worth it.

After all the cupcakes, that went down a treat she was asked by same boss if she could possibly make a 60th birthday cake for her Mother-in-Law who is a fanatical Rolling Stones fan.

So Babs made her this one, and apparently the lady would not allow anyone to cut into the guitar and she has kept it, and is now in a sealed box.

Now Babs is into sugarpaste sculpting, she can spend hours just sat there practising.
Luckily we have a good supplier who is just around the corner from where she works, so she can always keep stocked up.
