Not really crafty as I haven't made any of the items, but I have collected them & arranged them. Here are my Easter  trees

Lovely, that reminds me of my Uncle Cyril, he used to hang Fruitella sweet sticks from the small shrubs in his garden for us.

I've spent most of the day in my new sewing room getting to the bottom of the pile of ironing whilst the weather is dodo. When I had finished I decided to have a go at reorganising the new shelves as I wasn't happy with how I had sorted them when I moved my things in. So here's a picture for you to see how they look  & at the other end of the room the work top with my sewing machine in situ, & if you look up you can just see the lovely bunting my son's partner made for me the other week.

I probably need to make something after all the effort & reorganising of the house it has taken to get it. Shame it's gardening time

That's a lovely lot of bench space in your sewing room, you'll have room for an overlocker now! And so tidy, will it stay like that?

I have to share our spare room with a double bed for my sewing.  Have to use the dining table for cutting out

I've got one and it is great, I love it. I understand completely when she fell in love with it immediately. It just seams and finishes things off in one go.

My machine does an over locker stitch & I think you can get a foot that cuts as well. When I used to make loads of garments when the children were small I considered getting one but couldn't afford it. Would have been great for pyjamas etc. when I look back I wonder how I ever slept with the amount of things I used to do. Practically all the children's & my clothes were made by me. I used to sew 6 nights a week.
