Thanks guys.  :nowink:

I met up with a friend's daughter recently and she says she still has the stocking I made her when she was little and she still uses it every year and she is 40. So it is nice to know the work is appreciated and that they take on the memories of every year.

Will post pictures of the ring bearers cushion later in the year, after the wedding.

Thank you.  :) :) Yes, it's cross stitch on evenweave. A bit trickier than working on aida, which is why it's taken so long. That and having to unpick mistakes occasionally. ::)

The lady is beautiful, sewing on evenweave fabric is lovely. Once I get new glasses I will be back sewing.

I love stitching onto evenweave or linen - everything looks so much more delicate and pretty :)
