Awwww....!! Fab makes everyone, I've enjoyed having a good nosey  :)

I'm very proud of my recent drawing (does drawing count as a craft?) it's of a VERY weedy plot...now who would allow their plot to get in such a mess and then go and draw it looking all higgledy piggledy (Ahem!)  ::)

Well Yes OK it's my plot, and instead of getting to grips with the weeds I decided to have a sit down and draw them instead  :D

I hope you like it. x

I like that sketch very much Claire - excellent drawing!

I was looking to see if Pooh Bear might appear, it's very much as good as the A.A.Milne story illustrations!

An excellent drawing, I wish I could draw half as good as that!

Pooh is in the shed eating hunny!! It's absolutely great, as are so many things on here. LOVE the cakes, expecially the one of W and G.
I work very hard so don't expect me to think as well.

Artistic more than crafty I suppose, but it's still a craft isn't it?

You are VERY good Claire, I can't draw for toffee.  The highest I ever got for a sketch in school was a 'C' and I think that was only because the teacher felt sorry for me!

You are like me, when I used to take photo's of my cross stitched pictures, I always stood them on the radiator!!!!   :)

Could do with a radiator here to stand a photo on!!  I have to hang things on the fence to photograph

Ha!! Yep, these rads come in handy.
It was tricky trying to photograph the picture without the light shining on it or where you couldn't see the tip in the rest of the room ::)

Thanks for the great comments...sometimes it's hard to accept compliments but it certainly does you good to hear them.  X x x

At least hanging things on the fence there is the olive grove next door as a backdrop

I have been stitching a new bag this afternoon, I used cheap thread, it looks dreadful, does not lay ´flat´ so I am having to unpick it.  I will just keep the rubbish thread for tacking instead.

I'm just here to tell you that I entered my drawing into the show on Saturday and I got 3rd!!!! To say I was thrilled is an understatement  :D

Thanks for all your encouraging words.

I also entered a little doll (obviously not much success in the veg classes, can you tell  ::)) and she got a 2nd!!!!! Different shows (it's had a fabulous weekend for outings!) but thrilled all the same.

Unfortunately I can never add pics on here from my phone... Unless you know how. So I can't show you the pics of my fab weekend yet. But I'll promise to fire up the (useless)laptop so I can show you later in the week. Basically...I'm a big show off now!! Hee hee. Xxx

I've never used photobucket.
What I've been doing is just emailing the photo to myself selecting what size I want and then logging on to my laptop and save and post it from there. It's easier than it sounds...if the laptop is switched on!
