One of my sweet pepper plants is infested with whitefly. I had the same problem last year and nearly killed the plant when trying to get rid of the flies using a soapy water mixture. This year I have decided to do nothing - the plant is surviving and I am getting a really good crop of peppers. Has anyone else found that it is best just to live with the whitefly.

depends on the infestation.

You could try the sticky yellow cards and hang them around, then now and again disturb the plants so that the whitefly fly around and some will go for the card  ;)

Still have not been to the garden centre to get the yellow sticky cards for the whitefly but when inspecting the pepper plant this morning the infestation has really reduced - think that this is probably to an increased number of hover flies in the GH. My plant must be a good buffet for them.
