dug up some tatties tonight. rooster maincrop, although a bit early, gave us great tasting tatties for dinner this evening. decent size and v. tasty. dug up some earlies, and found maybe a dozen which had been gnawed on by some as yet unknown rodent. lot of slug holes in the earlies, but no slug holes or gnawing on rooster.
\i have voles in the back garden, but don'.t know if it's them or rats or mice.
