My grape vine and kiwi vines are growing pretty well in polytunnel but both plants are growing 3-4 main vines. My question is, are you supposed to cut the others back as to just have one main vine or do you let them all grow and just train them all along the same path??

I have outdoor kiwi and grape vines and have multiple stems which I trained over an arch (kiwi) and over a pergola (grape vine).  There are some good grape vine pruning videos on youtube which I found useful to establish the initial framework.
