when I get blight  on the potatoes, I cut the foliage down to ground level then leave the potatoes in the ground for about 3 weeks before digging them up normally.  Whether it's true or not but I was told that moving blighted foliage releases spores but the tubers under the soil are protected from any that land there.  It seems to work so it's a routine I've kept.

As you dig up, treat the small tubers much like you would have if they had been mature - choose a dry day when digging, leave the potatoes on the soil surface until the outer coating of soil has dried off (this protects the skins from getting damaged)

When the outside of the potato is dried, store in a DARK cool place in a cardboard box, paper or hessian sacking (not plastic otherwise they'll sweat and rot)

Usual advice is to leave underground for 2 weeks if you want to store them.
It's ok to dig some up before then for immediate use though ;)

Having discovered blight on mine too, I have cut all the haulms off and bagged them for disposal. Never mind how small they are - just harvest them now as needed, then leave the rest for a couple of weeks, then see how they are.
I work very hard so don't expect me to think as well.
