I've always assumed they were warrens, but compared to other family members who have warrens they're quite different.

Yes. They do look very similar, I'd say they are warrens, it's just neighbors and relatives putting doubts in my mind.

All the warrens, ISA Browns, Hi'sex etc brown hens are basically the same cross, but they can all vary greatly in their colouring.  

I've raised lots and you can get them all brown with a little bit of cream or white on their tails, they can be more gingery, have a lot more white on them.  So they are warrens or ISA's, believe me!
