I got a sampling kit sent to me back in July and now I've got some samples to send in, however, the instructions say to text your postcode to a given mobile number and wait for a code to be sent back within 1 hour to enter on the form to send with the samples. Well, I sent the text but 2 days later, I still haven't had a reply.

I think they are over run with reports at the moment.  Try sending your text report again.

I have done but I doubt my samples are any good now, they've been bagged and kept in the  in the fridge but after a few days... It was definitely blight so all the haulms have gone now so  I won't be able to get any more.

I did similar and had no reply/code even after a few days. Repeated and nothing. So left it.
