Can you not get a neighbour/friend/family to pop in?

Moving to a new place is very stressful for chickens, and it can bring out latent respiratory diseases.

If all else fails Alison at Hook farm in Hampshire (just off M3) offers holiday care for chickens. Not sure about ducks, it's a long way for you to travel.

Heidi's happy hens do holidays for chickens if you've bought them from her, but not sure otherwise. Worth a ring. She's in between Nuneaton and Hinckley.

Try Pingles on the A447, at Stapleton just outside Hinckley, they used to take them, but have new management now so might not do it anymore.

If you can find a responsible teenager they would probably help for a bit of pocket  money and it would be much better for your birds :)

I know there are people who do pet sitting. If you don't mind a stranger in your house it may solve your problem.
Try Google?

House sitters are often totally free, and insured - google it. Many are very lovely retired people who just enjoy staying somewhere different, and most are wonderful with animals!

I wish I was closer to you.  I run a Hen-sitting business.  I come to the hens and take care of them several times a day.  Hope you have some luck over there.  Hens really get stressed being moved.  It's better to get someone like myself to come to them.
When I die I will slide in sideways, a glass of wine in one hand and chocolate in the other, screaming, "Whooo hooo!  What a ride!" as life is to be enjoyed to the fullest!

but if this was arranged through this forum then you would have to offer your services for free or a swap so perhaps it is a good job dave1860 doesn't live near you  :)
