Mountfield Mower SP464 wheel keeps falling off

Has anyone had any experience with this, whenever I push the mower the front left wheel keeps falling off, it keeps unscrewing from the mount.  You've got to love ebay, sold in good working order, yea apart from worn carb diaphragm and dodo wheels that fall off!
