Does anybody know what this is?

I've for this growing in the garden - its gotten bigger and bigger over the years but I've no idea what it is. The Bee's *love* it. It always seems to have 1/2 a dozen to a dozen on it at any time.

Any clues I'd be very grateful!

I think the plant on the photos is Nectarosordum siculum. I think it is related to Allium.
