Gooseberries
« on: May 28, 2012, 21:59 »
I netted my fruit bushes on thursday and they all looked brilliant. had a look sunday and not a leaf remains on the gooseberry bushes and the redcurrant is looking sad. i assme the culprit is the gooseberry saw fly. Any tips on treating. The gooseberries look like they'll be easier to pick anyway!!!

You could spray them with Provado Ultimate bug killer

Works a treat and the leaves will grow anew
