Looks like Bramble.

It looks like a sucker growing out of the middle of the bramble - same as the bramble here:

Are they cultivated blackberries? Judging by the size of the flowers they must be.
If that fresh new growth is coming from the root area they are the new shoots (suckers) which you train for next year's crop. Don't get rid of them unless there are too many!
