greetings to all,could any one help,my peas were about 4"tall i think the pigeons have had them as they are nowhalf eaten,will they recover or are they lost ,also my toms dont seem to be growing at all same size as they were a month ago,is the damp weather affecting anyones seeds etc,many thanks.

The peas should still do something but probably won't be as tall as they would have been without being attacked.  They will need to send up extra shoots now that the leading shoot has been eaten.

Where do you have your tomatoes?

Unless your greenhouse is well heated, I suspect it has been too cold there for them.

My toms, sweetcorn and courgette are in the greenhouse and no sign of them of any of them. Thankfully I have a very kind neighbour who has surplus toms (Ellsa Craig I think he called them) so I am now up on toms and in return he has some cucs.

i have tomatoes in my greenhouse which is unheated and they are growing slowly  but are 6 inches tall
