I paid on my Visa debit, money has gone out. I have replied to the email, nothing back as yet.

not sure about debit cards, but with it being a Visa debit you may have some coverage. Might be an idea to call your bank who issued your card to have a chat with them.

You shouldn't feel bad about falling fowl of www.simplychickencoops.co.uk as they seems to have their name linked to so many other websites.  If you do a search about them all you get is random links from websites stating how good they are.  This will effectively block out all the bad comments added by individuals like yourself.

Each time you write about www.simplychickencoops.co.uk you should put it in full.  If this is done enough times I believe this should bump it up in the Google Search.  I hope that this is allowed on here.

By they do you mean www.simplychickencoops.co.uk ?  I can not understand why this thread is not coming up in the search on Google.  Even though I am putting in "Pages from the UK" as part of the search.  Is it possible they have some sort of a blocking system?

Hope everything gets resolved but if they dont contact you and you think you've been scammed report them to http://www.actionfraud.police.uk
They deal with all sorts of fraud (on line fraud where you havent received your goods)
try and keep a record of any emails you send or if you ever manage to get their phone number any calls that you make

If you have given them the opportunity to contact you or resolve outstanding issues and they have chosen to ignore you, first steps would be trying to recover the money you have paid.
