It's an Arum looks a bit different from the common lords & ladies though - so I'll carry on thinking

shows lords & ladies with leaves like yours so it is probably that..I've not seen one with such bright and pretty markings before  The berries are toxic so be careful

Being a veggie grower.  .  .  I'll go for a variagated Arrow headed fern ?

Arum Italicum would be my guess, looks like mine in the garden.

The 2 nd link shows the variety " pictum", I think that one has more white markings on the leaves.
